HARD TO FIND DESIGN! You can’t find these anywhere anymore! there was a time when every body was wearing open weave sweaters like this. They were super popular in the late 90s. Colorful Mix-and-match tanks & dresses were worn underneath. The more layering the better. But they soon went out of style and finding them nowadays is rather difficult.
