I purchased this brand new around January 2021 and used it until around February 2024. I mainly used it for gaming and web browsing at home. The damage to the body occurred around February 2024.

It can still be charged, and the touch response works, but there may be decreased responsiveness on the upper part of the screen at times. From my observations, this issue does not occur consistently but seems to manifest when the device heats up. Similar symptoms may appear under other circumstances as well.
