ONDA V80 Plus 8.0 inch (Windows 10, Android 5.1 Dual OS)

Purchased over 10 years ago.
My family modified the program and used it, so I tried to initialize it, but it started malfunctioning midway.

The screen touch operation is mostly not working. (It reacts in a different place than where you touch.)
Because of this, the language setting became Russian, and I can't change it back.
The power doesn't turn on easily, and even if it does, the touch operation doesn't work, so I can't turn it off.
The charging port's response is not good. It seems there are compatibility issues with micro USB type B, so if you have a few, please try replacing them.

Body has scratches.
A screen protector is applied, and the screen is not cracked.
