Acquired in the late 1970s. This was a promotional item for customers. At that time, FILA was not manufactured under license in various factories around the world, and it seems that most products were made in Italy.
"Biella, ITALIA" is written before the country name.
In those days, only the "F" in FILA was stylized as the brand mark, and when writing "FILA," it wasn't the same stylized design as it is now, making this item quite rare.
It has a very hard, smooth texture.
