This was a custom made costume. Selling only the skirt , mask and hair piece . Adorable set but has been in storage could use some fluffing and touch ups . But overall absolutely adorable! Waist band is elastic and a thick long ribbon that ties . Very adjustable my daughter is 7 in the photo and wore a size 6/7 she is 9 (in a size 8 or 10 she’s thin )now and could still wear it with its bands stretch and the skirt would be more Toto style.
