This is an 80s DEE CEE vest.
The body material is 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
It has a polyester boa lining on the inside.
I think it's a very nice item with an 80s feel.
The condition is generally clean, but the boa on the inside is loose.
Also, there is a tear in the piping at the hem (see image).
