This is an OCP jacket released by the US military.
As the size tag is unreadable as shown in the photos, please refer to the actual measurements.

The material is a 50% nylon and 50% cotton blend, ripstop fabric that is resistant to tearing.
YKK dual zip + Velcro

IR tabs on both sleeves
Cuffs can be tightened with buttons.
It is used, but it is a good product without any noticeable stains or damage.
